How Conatiner Gallery Homes process your order
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that we have the materials in stock and will begin producing your order right away.
If your item happens to be on backorder, or is otherwise unavailable, we will let you know via email. Once your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will ship the order.
Shipping costs for our business can range from $300 to as high as $500, however for a limited time only, we are offering free shipping on all products anywhere within the Continental United States! No minimum order required!
How do I return a product?
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned undamage in the original condition. Custom containers, yurts, tiny homes, dome houses, sheds, log cabins etc. that have been purchased through financing are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of used products, customized alternative houses, or financed homes. You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.If you want to return an item, please send an email to containergalleryhomes@gmail.com.
