Shipping Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your container home, please review the following requirements:

Roadway Access:
Clearance: Roads leading to your property must have at least 14’6″ of clearance from any low-hanging objects (e.g., trees, power lines).
Grades and Turns: Please inform us if there are any steep grades or sharp hairpin turns on the roads leading to your property. These may require special equipment or maneuvering considerations.
Driveway Entrance:
The entrance to your driveway should be approximately 40 feet wide and have a solid surface. We will be delivering with a semi-truck and trailer.
If your driveway entrance is narrower than 40 feet, please ensure there are no ditches or dips on either side of the driveway or on the opposite side of the road.
Driveway and Foundation Path:
The driveway and path leading to the foundation must be solid and compacted (gravel or hard surface) to prevent our truck from getting stuck. It is your responsibility to inform CCL if the property is too wet or unstable for delivery.
Foundation Access:
An open, unobstructed area around the foundation is crucial, allowing us to maneuver the truck and trailer. We require approximately 150 feet of nearly level ground in the direction we will need to straighten out for unloading.
For standard delivery, the foundation should not be elevated more than 3″ to 4″ above grade.
Foundation Type:
The foundation must be fully cured before delivery. If it is not, CCL will need permission from you or your general contractor to place your home on the foundation.
If your foundation consists of a crawlspace, a standard delivery will not be possible. We will need to use a crane to place your home on the foundation.

Please provide us with correct address you want your items shipped to. We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive. Additional shipping charges will occur if address changes are made after an item has shipped.

Each item is packed with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition. Please remove your products from their packaging when you receive them. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally a 3-day priority for hardware and 3-7 day Freight Carrier for large items. Container Gallery Homes is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
